Library Media Specialist Program: Curriculum Materials Center

LBMD Graduate Program

The Curriculum Materials Center is located in the Southeast corner of the first floor in the Ross Pendergraft Library & Technology Center at Arkansas Tech. 

The purpose of the center is primarily to provide curriculum materials and children's literature to students and faculty in the College of Education. The greater community is encouraged to use the center as well. The Children's Literature area is arranged according to the Dewey Decimal System and it set up in general as a library for school children. 

Supply Center

Work Station, located near the Reference Desk. 

  • Laminating Service.  Allow 30 minutes for machine warm up. You may call the Reference Desk in advance at 479-964-0570. 
  • Die Cuts (bring your own paper)
  • Butcher paper

The Center includes the following materials in support of Teacher Education:

  • K-12 Textbooks & Teacher Guides
  • Teacher Activity Books
  • Lesson Planning Materials 
  • Manipulatives 
  • Learning Games
  • Book kits

Any audio or video items are located in the main collections.
