All floors offer many places to work, research, and read, with or without a computer. A virtual desktop or thin client is a computer that runs from resources stored on a central server instead of a localized hard drive. A docking station allows you to plug in your laptop and to use additional regular monitors, keyboard, and mouse.
Find out what program is installed on what computer in the library. Search the Software page for "RPL" to find what software has been installed in what room. RPL140 and RPL240 are respectively the public areas on the first and second floors. RPL320, RPL327, and RPL329 are the public areas on the third floor.
