If you have ever wondered what the football season looked like a century ago, check out Tech’s Wonder Boys in this 1925 treasure: Football Program: Phillips U. of Edmond, Okla. vs. Arkansas Tech "Wonder Boys".
This program features pictures and information about the team and coach, as well as a brief advertisement for Arkansas Tech right on the front cover. This was the first year that Tech officially evolved from the Second District Agricultural School to the Arkansas Polytechnic College, and its football programs were a great way to promote the institution.
The Battle of the Bulge
Exhibit - The Battle of the Bulge
"The Beginning of the End: The Battle of the Bulge" exhibit, created by the Consulate General of Belgium in Atlanta, honors the 80th Anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge.
Officially called the Ardennes Counteroffensive by the Allies, this battle took place in the southern part of Belgium from December 16, 1944 to January 25, 1945.
The exhibit commemorates and honors all those who served during the Battle of the Bulge, remembering our veterans’ service and the veterans we have lost since.
Come visit the exhibit (RPL first floor) whenever the library is open until Friday, October 17, 2025.
