O'Reilly Media
O'Reilly Media
For over 40 years, O'Reilly Media has been one of the preeminent publishers in computer programming, web design, business applications and data science. In 2023, the Library added 18 new O'Reilly eBooks on topics such as artificial intelligence, data science, and Python programming.
Whether you are a data scientist, programmer, engineer, or simply want to learn more about those topics from the comfort of your home or office, these titles will prove invaluable. Access is limited to one simultaneous user, so try back later if a title is temporarily unavailable.
OverDrive Magazines
New Collection – OverDrive Magazines on Libby App
In addition to free ebooks and audiobooks via the Libby app, the Ross Pendergraft Library has recently activated a large collection of popular magazines through OverDrive. The collection includes popular titles like The New Yorker, Wired, Rolling Stone, Newsweek, and over 5000 more titles. Browse by subject, language, and audience or search for your favorite title. If you haven’t yet downloaded Libby on your phone or tablet, you can get it through your app store or access service on your PC from our A-Z list of databases.
More information about the new service is available on this blog entry.

Students with Research Projects? We Can Help!
The 2nd Annual ATU Research Symposium is right around the corner. Are you a faculty advisor for student research projects? Consider the tools and resources available to them through the library and send them our way. Whether it’s a one-on-one session with a librarian for citation help, a video about using library tools and resources, or a link to one of our many Research Guides, your library department liaison is here to help!
If several of your students are participating in the Symposium, consider requesting an in-class library instruction session. Contact your library liaison or browse the library website for more information.
